Brad McMahon,
Director

Brad is a results driven real estate agent with over twenty years of experience in project sales and marketing in Australia. He has delivered sales and marketing solutions for some of Australia’s leading property developers across multiple markets and product segments. Brad was the Victorian Director of Australia’s largest wholesale sales distribution business, delivering volume project sales to: Lend Lease, Stockland, Far East Consortium, SP Setia, Mirvac, Far East Consortium and Satterley. He is well connected and respected throughout the development industry and has trusted relationships with property developers, financiers, creative agencies, lawyers and agents.
Brad has focused on developing long term working relationships with people and organizations that share common values of trust, integrity, hard work and results. Believing the importance of developing people within an organisation, Brad has led sales teams on the basis of sharing core values, whilst being accounting to sales results.
 

Brad knows the economic fundamentals that powers the Australian property market and, innate understanding what drives buying decisions for both owner occupiers and investors across different product segments. Brad has a number of formal education qualifications including: Bachelor Business, Accounting (Griffith University 2000), Post Graduate Diploma, Urban & Sustainable Development (Bond University 2011), Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (RMIT 2021).
